Seamless Access to all Experiences via Mobile App.
We partnered with Space Needle to revolutionize the visitor experience by creating a user-friendly mobile app that seamlessly integrates key experiences and eliminates the need for paper tickets and long wait times at kiosks.
Our journey began with a comprehensive exploration of design paradigms, combined with invaluable on-site interviews with actual Space Needle visitors. This hands-on approach allowed us to gain deep insights into their needs, desires, and preferences, which served as the foundation for the mobile app design.
With features such as Zoomie, AR, Stair Selfie, and Roaming Photos at the forefront, the mobile app became an interactive and informative guide, providing step-by-step tutorials and explanations on how to make the most of each experience.
RESULTS
Transformed the traditional photo and experience process
The trust placed in us by the Space Needle team allowed us to unleash our creativity and expertise, resulting in a mobile app design that surpassed expectations. Since the launch of the mobile app, we have been thrilled to witness an 20% increase in user adoption within the first month alone.
By leveraging the app's seamless functionality, users can effortlessly launch all Space Neddle experiences, access their photos and videos within seconds Gone are the days of waiting in line at kiosks for 10-15 minutes to obtain their cherished mementos. With new mobile app, the time it takes to capture and retrieve photos has been dramatically reduced to just a few seconds.
